WSU is driving real change in Chicago’s West Side, but partners and funders don’t always see the full picture. Without clear, compelling tools to tell its story, WSU risks missing out on support, momentum, and deeper collaboration. In fact, donor retention has dropped from 63% to 31% in just two years — now below the industry average — highlighting the urgent need to reinforce the value of giving and keeping supports engaged. 

Our creative opportunity was to elevate WSU’s brand and create materials to give funders a reason to believe and a clear path to act. By translating WSU’s impact into compelling stories and proof points, we turned interest into investment, growing a network of long-term partners.
